Refund Policy

Archetypal sessions and activations are personalized and energetic processes, so:

• Individual sessions: Once the session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

• Cancellations: You may reschedule your appointment by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the session will be considered complete.

• Packages or programs: If you decide not to continue, unused sessions may be refunded, provided that the request is made within the first 7 days of purchase.

• Events or workshops: In the event of cancellation by the organizers, the full amount will be refunded.

The goal is to sustain the energy of mutual commitment, respecting both the client's and the therapist's time.
